"I made an appointment to get my hair cut today at 9.30am. When I had called to make the appointment, I heard the lady who answered the phone ask my hairdresser if 9.30 would work. I heard her say yes. When I walked in this morning, the hairdresser was sitting at the counter eating her breakfast, acted irritated and said that she doesn't have an appointment for me in her book. Although another hairdresser offered to wash my hair, she looked at me like I was a bother to her. She was not pleasant, I figured she was having a bad day, but I saw her cheerfully greeting another customer as I was walking out the door. I do not like to throw in the race issue ever but today it was very clear that she did not want to do a brown womans long hair. We own a small business and do not write bad reviews on any business. Todays experience was hurtful and I wanted others know. They have lost my business. I will give my money to a more deserving hairdresser."
