"I give them a 1 as you cannot give a negative. We were lied to at our church by their sales person. Nothing stated by the sales person was truthful. Promises of calls back from managers turned into empty promises that failed. I highly recommend you look elsewhere before looking at Cintas. Do not trust them. I have seen more honest used car dealerships. And according to service people, the sales people do this often...again DO NOT TRUST THEM!"
"Never get back what you put in there bens ... I have 11 sets of pants and shirts ... One week I'll get back 4 pair of pants the next week no pants back ... the best I've done is 4 pair of pants 3 weeks in a row....On the bright side I still have all 11 shirts..."

"A good service however rates continued to go up every year and got very expensive for what we received. After 5 years it was unreasonable. As a business owner we have tried to keep our prices constant over the last 5 years. I know prices must increase but on a small family owned business those price increases takes it toll. Unlike a corporate business that can just absorb that cost."
