Manager) for help and keep in mind I'm in line she helps them so I walked out that was rude and for a asst. Manager to do that is Not called for get better."

"My mother went in to buy my nephew some shoes and the store clerk, told her before she slid her card that it wouldn't take. Not knowing that American Express was being used before he was born. She asked him do you know of the card that I am using? He said No, he had never seen that kind of card. So she told him well let me see if you don't know weather you take it or not. Well long story short the card went through the purchase was made. Then he said well I guess we do take that card. Please teach that store better customer service."
