"I took my bearded dragon in for a checkup. This was my first time here and the staff were so friendly. Dr. Hitchcock was quite happy to see her and was quite knowledgeable on the care of bearded dragons and gave her a good general health exam. He handled her with care and didn't frighten her at all. She was quite at ease and stayed perfectly calm. I will definitely return here for all of my little dragons care."

"Best vets around. I'm 51 and have only known one other clinic like this, back home in Macon. Dr. Hitchcock is pushing 100 years in veterinary medicine, however, so he ought to be good. Dr. Macomson isn't too bad shabby, either (and, thankfully, not so OLD). I love them both, despite them not being much to look at. In fact, I love everyone up there. The only real problem with these guys is that there is not enough of them to go around and keep up with the demand for their services--the REAL sign of how good they are. Too, they work with you, if, like me, you rescue and have tons of animals at one time. Of course, I am using a pseudonym in saying so (can't have Dr. Hitchcock charging me double for harassing him, Jason either). All joking aside, do yourself a favor: If they will take you as a new patient, get in there. If they can't, keep trying along. You won't regret it. GIH"

"I was told to cone up and get flea pill samples for my two cats. I made the drive all the way up there, wasted gas, stood 15 min in line only to find out they didn't have the samples they told me to cone get! Wouldn't it be common sense to make sure sure you have them first? Well they had one, I got two cats which they knew. Talk about unorganized and lack of common sense."
