"Dan and Katie helped me design a custom vanity for a difficult bathroom renovation which would only allow for limited depth. They then built, delivered and installed it and we couldn’t be happier. It’s the most solidly built furniture we own, the lines are perfect and the soft close drawers are silent and smooth. Worth every penny and will probably out-live the house. Thanks guys."

"Called on the afternoon of 6/11, to inquire about hiring them for a very simple project. Basically I needed 2 small slabs of wood milled to specific dimensions. I spoke to Katy on the phone, and it seemed to me that she had a very unprofessional demeanor. After I explained what I was looking for, she was unable to give a simple answer if they would be interested or not. She instead told me that I would have to submit my inquiry via e-mail, and that they would get back to me. I submitted my request via e-mail right after I got off the phone with her. Almost 2 weeks have gone by, and I have not received any response. Very disrespectful and unprofessional. Especially after wasting my time to compose an e-mail for a very simple request. Is it unreasonable to call a woodworking company and ask for a price quote to shape some wood? I guess with Perrin Woodworking it is unreasonable to ask for such a thing. All businesses have a right to decline business, and are not obligated at all to accept all work. My point is that if you are not interested in small projects... JUST SAY SO. Don't lead people on, and waste their time... or even worse never get back to them altogether... as in this case. I feel that if I had called, and had a really big expensive project this company would have acted totally different. Very unprofessional. Poor communication skills, and apparent lack of respect for "low dollar value" prospective customers."
