"This store is so cluttered and nasty. They need to get in their and give it a major overhaul. The one in Walterboro is how a store should look. I went in an walked out. I guess no one cares."

"It’s a shame to not only wait 30 minutes to get in store to be told you have to wait 45-60 minutes because he’s has to many customers to wait on and the rudest people No customers service at all"

"I need corporate number to the store the store does not have a professional manager there is items all over the floor, there’s no way to walk in the store, it’s overstocked and the manager is very unprofessional and started a argument and argue with one of the customers. I need to ad s’more details, I was angry and tying fast when I wrote this review. An example of how the management is there just for the money and nothing more. The line had about 7 or 8 people in it. The cashier looked new and she didn’t have change for the bill the customer had. I was second in line and she went to the back but came back with no change. She didn’t know what to do, I waited patiently but other customers where getting irritated. Gina a minute or two later the manager came through the door dragging her foot with an attitude and the customer saw that and she finally open up the register next to the exit door and finally gave the new cashier the money she needed to make change. She then opened the register and the customer who was irritated went to her but she turned the customer away because she said she didn’t do returns on that register and the customer star arguing with her because she felt the manager was unprofessional with how she talked to her. It was a crazy day at Roses!! Hopefully they get new management soon."

"I visited Roses Express on 9/2/2020. I did my usual shopping but in the midst of things I needed 2 use the Ladies room. The cashier was very polite, and asked the Manager Annette could I use the Restroom and the Manager Annettes response was there was no public restroom. I find that hard 2 believe because if u have customers shopping in your store a restroom should be available. I had 2 go next door to Piggly Wiggly. Im trying to see who can i talk 2 about this matter, its not to get Annette into trouble but its all about the principle of the matter."

"Despite the rudeness of the cashier, we were able to get a lovely dress for a corrected price. I will always be appreciative to those that work in retail however that woman (cahsier) almost saw another side me. I thank God for showing me another way to treat people. I exercised the fruit of His spirit rather than my own fleshly desires. Great job to the other workers in the store to put up with such a nasty attitude."
