"Excellent, first time experience with this team today. I purchased a helmet online for in-store pickup. While there, they made adjustments for us on a couple of our bikes, right on the spot. We were helped by three staff and all went out of their way for good customer service. They helped carry the bikes back to the car, for example, and provided guidance on helmet and bike fit. It was a smooth, quick, and quality shopping trip."

"Bought my Trek Verve 3 from Rob Herron and his Team of professionals at Trek Savannah last year. Since then I put about 4,500 miles on the bike. It has been a superb machine. I went out of town over the 4th and left my bike with Rob and his Team for a level 2 service and anything else they thought it needed. I picked it up today and just completed 20 miles. BETTER than new. Wowowow! Savannah is about 45 minutes from me and there are folks who are closer that profess to be able to service Trek’s. I won’t take it anywhere else. You can trust Rob and his folks from sale to service. Well done!"

"We bought 2 Townie E-bikes in 2021 and we love them! My husband uses his much more than I do and has run into a few issues of his own making and a few where parts were defective. Rob and Brian both have been so wonderful taking care of us; repairing and replacing the needed parts and making sure to take full advantage of our warranties. They definitely are the best in customer service and satisfaction!!!"

"I am an avid cyclist of 8 years (road and cross-country mountain), and I have worked as a wrench and sales person at Trek/Cannondale and Specialized shops for 3 years. The handful of times I’ve given this shop have been unfavorable. When I talk about bikes with the members, my size and comfortability with riding always gets brought up - that certain group sets may be too advanced, or certain handlebars/tape/or riding position may be uncomfortable for someone of “my size”. To put it into context I’ve ridden and owned Emondas with Ultegra for 200mi~ a week rides, when I worked with bikes daily. My most recent experience at this shop has been the least favorable of them all. I understand the labor and time it takes to run a shop though it took two and a half weeks (7/22-8/5) to do a dual wheel true, chain install and poorly wrap bar tape. Being recommended that for when I’m ready to get new tape to get something with more padding and comfort. While checking out they forgot to do a bike check as a tube I wanted repaired with the initial bike true and chain install was still flat as I started to walk away. After the mistake is caught and fixed, I get charged for the poor miscommunication as it was not on the original bill. Again, being told by the senior mechanic this time that when I’m ready to change my tape to get their branded bar tape as - “it has more padding and is more flexible.” I go to this shop as I am a big fan of Trek and stand by their brand, I could have done this all myself but I want to support Trek and I don’t have the time I use to. All I ask from your shop is to be more thorough with work orders; honest if something is not able to be done; and not to be as condescending to customers. I may be a rare customer that gets these experiences, but I want them to be heard for the next - thank you. Further inspection and riding of the bike, theyve installed the chain incredibly loose without any more room for adjustment."
