I spoke with Jonathan and David and they were both amazing to work with. I'm pretty new to cycling and they helped answer all the questions I had and let me take the bike on a test ride. I ended up purchasing it and it just arrived here in Minnesota today. They even gave me an awesome rental deal the following day so my wife could ride with while I got to enjoy my new purchase.
