"Absolute 10/10 customer service. I wish I got her name she was working the drop off counter today and she was extremely patient and knowledgeable. She helped me get a medication I’ve been waiting for since October 2023. Seriously amazing. The healthcare industry is no joke and our pharmacies are overwhelmed, be patient. I will be moving all medications to this location. They really went above and beyond for me and it means so much! Thank you pharmacy staff"

"Believe the reviews, I made the mistake of thinking maybe they were wrong. If I could give 0 stars I would. Super incompetent and rude. It didn't surprise me to see they only had 2 stars to start, no coincidence. Jenny laughed at me when I said I was leaving an honest review over this. So this probably won't make a difference if she felt comfortable with doing that. The general manager is more than welcome to contact me so I can explain this situation further if they are interested in becoming better customer oriented. I will update this review if they actually cared enough to make contact."

"Giving the pharmacy a 1 start is more than they deserve! I understand things happen but when you try to get a prescription and there is an issue over and over again there's no excuse. It's either they can't find the prescription or there is an issue with the prescription my Dr sent and they need a new one so I'll call the office and It's the same thing each time NOTHING WRONG so they call the pharmacy. The best one is when you get a text saying your prescription is ready so you to pick it up and they don't have it ready or it's out of stock!!!! There is no surprise at all that this pharmacy has such a low rating, unfortunately there seems to be a crew there that doesn't know what they are doing and that's a big problem when it comes to medication people!!! I will be going elsewhere from now on."

"today i went to CVS around 7:00pm with my son. while i was there i watched a cashier and a manager get cussed out by a customer. we all need to remember that everybody is suffering and going through hard times right now. christmas is less than week away and every year around this time retail workers and pharmacists have to put up with verbal abuse from customers and they’re expected to not react and still smile and be polite during this. taking your frustration out on retail workers and verbally abusing them because you can’t control your emotions as an adult is NEVER okay. we need to teach our children to treat any kind of service worker with respect, compassion, and empathy. they are humans just like us, and sometimes they have bad days. that doesn’t mean you have the right to berate and belittle a 20 something year old young man and threaten to have him fired because you’re having a tantrum. if you’re reading this- remember that your mean and harsh words to your cashier could very well be the last words they hear that send them over the edge! remember that when complaining about long pharmacy lines and wait times, your pharmacists and techs are overworked, understaffed, and underpaid. these people are on their feet consecutively for 8+ hours a day manually counting our pills, processing every single individual pill bottle, checking and rechecking our names, DOB, doctors name, addresses, insurance cards etc, and it doesn’t stop its car after car and customer after customer at the register. the people in the pharmacy and the cashiers at the front of the store are just that, PEOPLE. they deserve the same respect and compassion that we would want someone to give us if we were working at one of the largest retail pharmacies during CHRISTMAS. i don’t know the cashiers’ name’s, i think it might have been quez, and his manager was an older lady with red hair and glasses, but i applaud you for keeping your cool and still working hard even while being verbally assaulted. accepting abuse from customers is NOT listed in the job description at any job and as a grown adult it is embarrassing to everyone around you when you cuss out a retail worker and act like a teenager throwing a fit because you can’t get your way."

"This probably won't make a difference but maybe leaving a review will at least do something this CVS line drive-thru is always to the road they need to do better corporate or management or whoever is in charge needs to do better with the employees with the line being so long all the time this is ridiculous for a place that is not a fast food! I would suggest if medicine needs mixing pull these cars up and have a employee or doctor working in the back take it out to them to get the line moving faster..."
