"Purchased custom cabinets in 2013 from Martinez. The finish has worn off and now some of the doors need to be replaced. Attempted 5 times to contact about purchasing replacement cabinet doors for our damaged ones. I could not get any assistance. I understand that we all are busy, but don't ignore your customers who spent 20k. I would not recommend this company as they don't stand behind their product, their finish does not hold up and will not call you back. Stay away."
"My wife and I went into their showroom September 3rd and gave all of our dimensions and images, along with picking out everything we wanted. They told us we'd have drawings and a detailed estimate the following week. Here it is October 28th, 8 weeks later, and all we get every time we call are...we are busy, it will be next week, and we will let you know. We never get a call from them, we always have to call. At this point we will not be using them and wish anyone working with them the best of luck and the utmost patience."

"Terrible quality, terrible communication. I dropped broken cabinets off over two months ago and have been unable to reach them regarding fixing them. They do not return calls, the lady at the desk is extremely rude and my cabinets and drawers are falling apart at the seams."
