"Beautiful showroom with a great selection of flooring. The showroom staff are very professional. The problem is the contractors they hire. Mismatched floorboards that weren't painted, glue on the plank, "bubbles" under the floor, dust everywhere as he did not hang plastic, etc. Will not use them again. FYI: They did come back and fix the mismatched floorboards after I complained but still unpainted. If the floorboards come unpainted, I should have been made aware so I could have painted them before they were installed. Update: The owner called me personally and apologized. He had 3 of his staff members come to my house the next day to determine how to fix my complaints. They listened and again, very professional and working on a plan to fix it. Awesome customer service."

"Highly Impressed!! I could not have been more pleased with the job that the Harris team done for me and my family. I called and Chris was out in no time to measure and quote me on replacing all of the carpet in my home. Chris brought out samples to look at to. I had scheduled the day for them to replace it but I called back later and needed to get it done sooner. They accommodated me and had it done a few days later. Alex installed the carpet incredibly quick. I was very pleased with quality of the carpet, professionalism, and quality of the install done. They will have my business in the future!
