"Can't speak for everyone up there but if you are buying or renting from them make sure you have every detail written down, keep written records of everything, don't rely on oral agreements, and make sure to keep all receipts. Once my business is done with them, I don't ever plan on giving them more of my business. Just because they are nice and polite doesn't mean they are good business men. The ladies up there are nice and pleasant however that matters little when it comes to doing business with them. Their movies, furniture, etc are decently priced. That's the nicest thing I can say. My warning to everyone is what I first mentioned- have every detail of the agreement in writing, keep all records and receipts, make sure you know the law they are suppose to be following because chances are they don't know the law. Beware of doing business with them."
