"My family and I just stopped by to get my son a pair of brooks, after entering the store we noticed three associates behind the counter and no customers. We looked at shoes for about five minutes and after no one acknowledged us we decided we would take our business to another store in Gainesville."
"I called ahead of time to make that the item I was searching for was in stock... the associate I spoke with on the phone was very helpful and informative about the product that I was searching for... Apon arrival I entered the store and was not acknowledged by the staff... I said hello and they waved. It was kind of off putting. I told the staff I'd called about a certain item, and the same person I spoke to on the phone assisted me with finding the correct item. When I finish my purchase, I told the associate that helped me his customer service was on point. The rest of the staff told me thanks... I felt that at that point is was a poor attempt at redemption, for lack of attention when I entered the store. Sad part was, I was actually the only customer at the time. I work in retail, and know them importance of prompt service, and attention."
