"I used to always shop here, never will again. I paid $10 for a huge thing of fabric softner. The next day I go to do laundry and the fabric softener is a gel, it won’t even come out the bottle. The date on the bottle says 2021. Called and they won’t take it back. They still had a whole shelf. Folks will be buying this and have a nice surprise when they get home. $10 is a lot of money to be charging and not getting money back."
