They took me right in, got into treatment quickly, the Doctor went to work, explained the problem so I could understand, prescribed & administered the necessary medicines now my pup is doing great!! This is a great Vet & his staff is very competent!!"

"First off asked for a quote for surgery that was to be done on my dog. Actual price was 30 % higher than quote. When I asked why he said “tumor was full of stuff got all over everything. “. I knew the tumor was not solid by feeling it. I thought he would have know that. Second the site broke open. I was with this dog continuously and she slept in my bed. The way the incision was made it was going to be a difficult heal. I worked in the operating room for many years. I know how you are supposed to make incision. He had us bring her back in to add staples. They did nothing. Wound up taking to another vet. Stitches redone and other medicine was given. 5 week later incision was finally closed. Would not recommend for anything"

"Really liked the doctor. He was very down to earth and straightforward. No price gimmicks or pushes to sell me services I didn't need. I would love to see them add nail trims for big dogs to the available services they do offer, but that doesn't take away from the fact that this is a great place to bring your pet."

"First of all I want to start this by saying I have 6 animals - 3 cats & 3 dogs. Our first baby has been seen by Dr. Keifer since she was a puppy - 6 years ago! He truly shows the animal so much love and grace, even gets on the floor with them to give kisses, and extra lovin. This speaks VOLUMES on his character as a vet. The staff is lovely from the moment you walk in the door & have shown me so much compassion in some trying times. They do their best to work our babies in the schedule if we have an urgent matter. Megan has always been so sweet and understanding. Even in times we’ve had emergencies and couldn’t be seen here & go elsewhere, we quickly realize how lucky we are to have Dr. Keifer as our vet."
