"I spend quite a bit of money at this store, have been a loyal customer for years and have been to multiple different locations, as a recent move has made me a regular at this location, but never did I expect a manager to not once offer to help with anything with all the times I have been in this store. I’ve heard similar stories from other customers. I’ve met and spoken with every single store manager at all the locations I’ve been to, and never had this issue. I have always been welcomed by them with very respectful greetings and willingness to help. Unfortunate that he comes off as discriminatory towards certain customers, and is never seen offering help to them. I guess he’s just lucky that he has an amazing team of highly friendly and hard working employees to pick the slack up after him. I definitely will be looking forward to a phone call with HR."
