"This guy is a SCAM ARTIST . When my significant other called asking about a slightly later return of only a couple of hours on our UHAUL rental we were told "No problem at all, free of charge" only to find out we were charged an entire extra day plus insurance for the UHAUL. We would have returned exactly on time had we not been told this. Worse off I was told to leave the UHAUL in a random SKETCHY parking lot and to use a lock pad left on a light post to secure the back of the UHAUL for the owner. Pitiful customer service, I recommend looking elsewhere."
"Do not reserve a U-Haul for this location online without making an appointment in advance!! The store is closed and open by appointment only. Incredibly disappointed that I was able to make a next-day reservation through U-Haul at this location that would ultimately not be kept and waste my time."
"This guy is a scam artist in the making. Your not entitled to charge my government travel card with whatever extra charge you wanted becaue you know I wasn't paying out my pocket for the uHaul. When I rented the Uhaul for my PCS move, I was charged cleaning fees, gas service fees, gas fees etc.. The Uhaul gas tank was 31 miles available when I got it and I returned it with 37 miles. I used it to move a few pieces of furniture and returned it in the same condition it was given to me. PUBLIC WARNING I WOULDN'T DO BUSINESS HERE AGAIN. Whether it's buying furniture or renting a U-Haul from their authorized dealer."
"This store is amazing with great customer service! The team is very attentive and go above and beyond to insure you are satisfied with your perchase. They are even willing to place orders and the wait is never longer than two weeks!!!!"
"The Staff was everthing..I told him I needed a bed immediately and showed him exactly what I was looking for and he made sure he got what I asked for. He has good pricing and Soo loving and sweet. Communication is a must for me and he communicated with me thru everything down to delivery. I Highly recommend and will be shopping again VERY VERY soon..oh and I LOOOOOOVVVEEE MY BEEEDDDD!!! Lol"
