Being sensitive to the covid situation, I was very happy when the owner walked in with an N95 mask on. Knowledgeable, professional, and clearly laid out pricing that was very reasonable. No long wait for installation; it was set up and completed within a few weeks of my initial meeting. The installer was experienced, professional and also wore a mask the entire time. Very neat work that required little to no cleanup. Immediately noticed improvement in the feeling of the water when I took my first shower. No chlorine smell in the bathroom either. Super clean tasting water out of my new reverse osmosis faucet too. What a great investment in the health and quality of life for me and my family."
