Chipotle Mexican Grill

"I decided to splurge a bit by ordering delivery for myself. I hadn’t had a double barbacoa bowl for a while so why not. What I received was smaller than any bowl I’ve ever ordered both online and in-store. I contacted the store via phone and spoke with the Manager Mikayla(not sure of the correct spelling). The only resolution she gave me would be for me to now drive to the store for the bowl to be remade. That completely defeats the purpose of having it delivered and also paying for the delivery. I asked if they had cameras that could show what happened when the order was made. She told me “I’m not gonna do that.” The footage wouldn’t have been for me to view. I know my order was not made correctly. It would’ve been footage for her to use as a teachable moment for her staff. She justified me not getting what I paid for by telling me “maybe the staff didn’t see where it says extra next to the item.” What does that mean? The staff are just expected to mess orders up and it be ok? What a ripoff And to be clear, my order was extra cilantro lime rice, extra black beans, double barbacoa, extra corn salsa, extra tomato salsa, extra cheese, sour cream on the side, queso blanco on the side, hot salsa on the side, and a tortilla on the side. My order number was 78I-PA4"

"I ordered catering for 70 people costing $1,052. The food wasn't ready on time, tortillas were cold and hard, and the portions of the proteins were laughably small. If you order catering from this location, plan on ordering 1.5x the amount of food for your party, unless you are feeding children. I had to ask my party to save enough for everyone, so they took small portions. Even then, scraps are left and people are still hungry. I would highly advise against ordering catering here."

"This place was dirty and I got sick. They had no chicken and not much else on the line but produced some from over hy the drive in window that I was told they had for to go orders. Was it properly stored and kept hot enough? I have no clue, but I got violently ill. Every table was dirty as was the drink area with garbage piled on top of the receptacle and outdoor umbrellas “stored” on the floor. It looked more like an alley than a place customers were supposed to use to get drinks and utensils. This was more than two hours before closing and the only meat on the line was carnitas. Clean your act up folks. I won’t be back to this location. ps. They started cleaning up tables and removed the big bag of garbage off the receptacle as I was taking pictures so you’re not seeing the worst of it"

"So happy to have a chipotle closer to us and away from all the traffic! This new location was very clean and the employees were all very kind. We came for my sons birthday with some friends and they all enjoyed the kids tacos. Bonus points to whoever filled the salad dressing containers. I usually have to ask for a few because they are always barely filled, and this was the perfect amount."

"Got two bowls and they both were well filled and delicious! Was accidentally charged for extra meat, but staff and manager were helpful and got it refunded. Glad to have a new chipotle closer to me."
