"Last evening I stopped at Wayback in Pooler for a quick meal. For my drink I ordered a chocolate milkshake. It could not be called a milkshake. There was no resemblance. It was thin as water, a light grayish color, and the only taste was a bit sweet. I tried to drink some of it when I got to my car and immediately sat it down and upon arriving home I threw it in the trash. I typically go to Five Guys or Culver’s. I won’t veer off course again. To be fair the service was fast and friendly."

"This was my first time coming to Wayback Burgers, and I recall seeing the place and wanting to try it. Sadly, their system was down due to a clipped wire during constructive work in the neighboring area. Despite this, they remained open and welcomed me in with smiles. The cashier named Bethany was amazing, super helpful and understanding that I was seeming indecisive about all their choices on their menu and provided AMAZING food and a shake. The cook Kyhlar was also very helpful, and very funny! He worked his magic to make an amazing burger for me, and Mac 'N Cheese Bites. This is the BEST place to go to for Burgers, especially considering their prices. I will be coming back, and I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a good burger made with love without a big price tag, or long wait time."

"The cashier was friendly and knowledgeable. The food was good and amazingly the grilled chicken sandwich’s weren’t dry like most restaurants. The Carolina Burger is messy but good. I would recommend coming here."

"I had the impossible burger and it was decent. The tater tots were amazing. My son loves this place and requested it for his birthday dinner. The service was a little slow but I think they were overstaffed. For the type of place I think they need a much larger dining area and maybe some TVs"

"I’ve eaten at a few Waybacks and I’ve never been a fan. That is, however, until I ate here. I’ve been to this particular location a few times and I can not say enough good things. The food is always hot, prepared exactly to order, and delicious. Everything taste freshly made and the burger itself isn’t overpoweringly greasy. The bread is always nice and crispy, never soggy. The inside is very clean and the staff is absolutely amazing! They are very kind, welcoming, and patient. It really shows when people enjoy their jobs. I’m not sure what y’all are doing different than the others, but keep doing it! 10/10 recommend!"
