"27 Jan ‘24, 6-6:15. And so I placed an online order. When I get there I drive around to side of bldg where the service windows are, no one else was in line, and there’s a woman standing there in the shadow of the windows. I was startled when she spoke to me, she asked if she could help me. Very weird that someone was standing outside the window in the dark. I told her I had an online order and she told me to go to the window, which is exactly where I was going. My food should have been ready for pickup by then. Get to the window and there’s five people standing there and they look at me like I’m not supposed to be there. So I tell them I have an online order and give my name. All of a sudden they all start asking if I stopped at the speaker. Then I’m told I don’t have an order there then I’m told to pull into a parking spot. At the same time a woman yells out telling me next time stop at the speaker. So I pull into parking spot and lady comes out and tells me that I didn’t pay. I showed her the email showing that I paid. She kept saying that I only paid $2. So I opened my bank and showed her that I paid. In the meantime a nice young guy brought my food out and the lady standing there still said I didn’t pay. Finally she told me she’d wipe it out and gave me the food. No apology. Twilight zone at Wendy’s tonight. The food was really good. Service was weird."
"The gentleman who took my order tonight was very pleasant and helpful. Antwon went out of his way to help me. I don't see this kind of service very often anymore. I'd recommend offering him a promotion; however, apparently, he's already the manager. Thanks again."
"Just left and you would think my food would be hot for as long as we waited. Nope! Cold!! Ordered two meals and because the young lady was halfway paying attention she only got us for one. Can’t be rude and work in customer service. Every time I have come to this particular Wendy’s the service and food always suck."
"Went through the drive through, took forever with only one car ahead of us. Service seemed decent from what we experienced, but the food was ALL cold and there were pieces of hard stuff in my burger. Couldn’t even finish my food, I was so grossed out."
