"I stopped by this location on Super Bowl Sunday for dinner and the team made sure all of my food was fresh which I appreciated. The customer service they provided was top notch and I have to give a special shout out to Jasmine, Gracie, Kayla and Jamie!!! 10/10!!!"

"My husband and I love Bo's chicken. Typically we don't eat anything fried, but Bojangles uses beef tallow in their fryers, so it's approved. We also travel almost 40 miles to specifically go to the Bojangles at exit 102 Pooler GA. There is another one at exit 109, but their service isn't as good. That being said, last week we brought Bo's 8 piece box home for dinner only to discover we were short 1 breast! Today when I mentioned it to the girl at the counter, she informed me that they would not make it right. Lesson learned. COUNT YOUR CHICKEN before you leave the store."
