Chipotle Mexican Grill

"This is by far the worst Chipotle I have ever visited!! It looked as though nothing had been cleaned in the whole restaurant... floors, tables, counters, seats! The trash was overflowing, the drink area had drink remnants all over, the floors had everything, and there was food on all the tables (fresh and stuck on). Complete disarray and unclean! Employees standing around in the back talking while there is a line to the door. When it was finally our turn to order, there were no tortilla bowls, no white rice, no mild salsa, no beans, no Pico de Gallo, no guacamole, no cilantro, no onions... nothing... I ended up with brown rice, steak, and cheese. No one said they were out until the three of us already had bowls started and had stood in line for 30 minutes. No apologies, no concern! We got guacamole from my car that I had just bought at the store to add to our bowls. I will NEVER go back to this restaurant! (I don't typically post bad reviews... if the restaurant isn't the best, I just keep it to myself... you can see my other reviews... but this place was awful and black eye for the Chipotle brand)"

"Our chicken burrito was ice cold and this place is disgusting. There’s trash and food everywhere. For $16 per burrito this isn’t acceptable. I unfortunately ordered on the app and couldn’t cancel otherwise I would have walked out. How is this not a health code violation? I want my money back. ***Update*** Chipotle customer service assisted me in getting my money back and has notified the team at this store to take care of the sanitary issue."

"Quite honestly the nastiest Chipotle I have ever been to. Their serving line was disgusting and unkempt, just like their dining area, check out counter, and floors all throughout the facility. Poor management is evident. Don't waste your time or money here. Photos are of the line and check out counter."

"Chairs and tables were very dirty, floors were dirty, chairs were on top of tables. Staff said they were completely out of vegetables at 830 at night, and completely out of sweet/ unsweetened tea. Absolutely ridiculous without being apologetic in anyway. We travel on the road and always stop at Chipotles and this is the worst one we have ever come across. THIS IS VERY SAD, AND WILL NO LONGER BE ON OUR LIST OF STOPS."

"Every time I visit this location they are out of an ingredient(s). Ingredients that are vital to the Chipotle experience: guacamole, chips, pico, white rice etc. The bowl I was fixed was very light and lacking, and to accommodate for the missing ingredients they pack on ingredients that should not overtake the bowl. Once at the register I have asked repeatedly if a discount would be given for the lack of ingredients and very rudely the answer has been no! Even though the available ingredients were visibly available at the takeout order station which was closed and shut down and not taking any orders at the time. This is disappointing and wrong with an hour and a half left to be open, chipotle should be ashamed to serve its customers like that. I will NOT be returning to chipotle. Why would I when I can’t get the experience promised on the menu and commercials. I’ve been disappointed at this location every single time I’ve been there."
