"This location really impressed me! The woman cashier at the counter was so polite and genuinely kind. My good came so quickly from the staff that I was caught off guard. The store was clean and well stocked. Very very impressed!!!!!"

"The food was delicious and even though I think just about all food outlets shakes are overpriced, I think Arby's shakes are some of the thickest. I do wish all the Arby's offered a military discount even if it just offset the tax on the bill. And I guess because I was the night manager for one restaurant when I first got of high school and the manager for another restaurant after I got off active duty with the military. Neither offered the discount even though we could have easily accommodated it. Probably most restaurants out there can get a 25 to 30% profit based on my experiences. Yet very few offer the discount because the military is not in the news at the present. And hopefully our military won't be in a major conflict for any foreseeable future."

"Went through drive thru on a Saturday evening. You can tell that a seasoned order taker is working the microphone when they read back the entire order making sure that the order is correct. So often, team members simply say, "Here's your total, please pull ahead" and than you find out you are short a sandwich etc. Janice did a great job and showed off her people skills as soon as we pulled up to the window to pay. Great customer service. A+"
