"The place was freezing. They were out of bone-in wings and never pulled their frozen ones to thaw to serve more. The waiter. He was amazing and understood why we left. We wanted wings. Bone-in wings. Still tipped him cause he was extremely friendly and nice. How do you NOT pull more wings?"

"Took 45 minutes for drink refill. Fried Pickles not done, stuck together. Had question about sauce didn't know anything about the flavors. All workers under 25 except greeter. After 1hr 45 minutes food came out cold. Asked for manager and she refunded food, we didn't eat it. Waitress came back to argue. Very unprofessional. Didn't get waitresses name but young white girl, half blond-black hair didn't have name tag on. Terrible experience!"
