"This trip to Cracker Barrel was AWFUL! I waited an hour to get my food. Keep in mind, it was only 3 of us dining and we didn’t order anything out of the ordinary. The waitress never came back in between and didn’t bring biscuits. The people next to us came in after and were done with biscuits and already eating when I finally asked what the hold up was. The waitress finally went and got our food and brought us our biscuits. Needless to say it was cold and the biscuits speak for themselves. Just straight up ridiculous…"
"The service was horrible. My family and I sat for 15 minutes until the server took our drink order, not to mention it took 30 minutes for us to get our food. When the food did arrive one of the orders were incorrect and our bacon was raw, Safe to say I won’t be eating here again."
"I asked my dad to take me to Cracker Barrel on my most recent visit since Colorado doesn’t have any close to me. It didn’t let me down..the fire was going, the service was impeccable, and the food was fantastic. Never fails, thank you!"
"It’s hit or miss if their to go food is ever right. It’s almost always missing something, like gravy on a steak or biscuits and gravy or whatever. And I am including pictures of what they call chicken tenders… I am not sure what it is. Oh and I once asked for an extra syrup which was problematic lol… so I guess I don’t really have anything nice to say about this location. I love CB in other places!!"
