"Do not recommend Lisa Huie! She did my hair in may of 2023 & it is now November & the bottom of my hair is still not retaining moisture even after protein treatments & trims from another stylist. She put the dye in my hair said she would be back in 20 mins & then sat in the back snacking while watching a show & lost track of time(was gone over 50 mins. I was watching the clock). Then she still made me pay $50 for it & blamed my long dead pieces of hair she created by leaving the dye on too long on my previous stylist saying they didn’t cut my hair correctly. Save your money. Find another stylist!"

"Lisa did my hair. She was amazing. She took the time to find the look and colors I was looking for. She was so thorough when doing my highlights and even took a few extra minutes to do the style I wanted. I will definitely be going back. The staff was super nice and helpful."

"My wonderful hairstylist moved away so I have been trying to find a new one. I stumbled over Gallery J and scheduled a 75 minute hair cut and treatment (dry hair) with Sarah Day online. My appointment was at 2pm, I was surprised to see that the store was empty and she was the only one there... Anyway, Sarah was nice, but the experience was not. After she was done trimming my ends she turbo blow dried my hair, which they always do before they style it, right? I suffered through agonizing pain - the brush she used while brow drying - it felt like she was trying to rip out all of my hair! I've never had an experience like this before, and my pain tolerance is pretty high, but this was terrible! I suffered through it looking forward to getting nice curls afterwards. When she was done, she said that's it! I asked: "Wait, won't you style my hair? I told you I really like my hair curled, not straight, please." She said she didn't have time for that. I was surprised to hear that, and I told her I still had 10 minutes left of my appointment and curling does not take very long. I said I was really looking forward to have my hair curled. She again said, no, she had to get ready for her next client - who wasn't even there yet!!! Who treats their clients like this? And who hasn't waited for the previous client to be finished with before? And again, that person was not even there. I was very upset, will definetley never go back there and she still has to learn a lot about customer service, because hers is terrible."

"I absolutely love Madison. I showed her a picture of the hairstyle that I wanted and she executed it beautifully. I couldn't have hoped for better results. The other girls however... Jordan cut my hair the first time I visited Gallery J and I did not like it at all. I also had a friend get a perm from one of the other stylists there and it did absolutely nothing. So if you go definitely book an appointment with Madison."
