"Today I purchased a Africa's best relaxer from Lucy's, and after mixing it with the applicator, saw that it was too runny. So I called the store and spoke with the owner and told him that there was no way this relaxer would process my hair or anyone's hair. He kept insisting that the relaxer would work and that it was a new relaxer that he had just taken out the box and shelfed.I had already done a strand test and the relaxer was not working on that strand. I told him I would like a refund and he denied me and he also said that I couldn't get an exchange. I drove back to the store but unluckily it was closed. I left it at the door in its original box, hoping he will see it next morning that the relaxer is too runny. I will never shop there again. This is bad business not offering refunds or exchanges for products that do not work."
