"1 star because the only time my food is cooked correctly, is in the day time. As you can see, I went at night and I waited like others in line for 20 min and this is What I received.I ordered a 4 piece (2 thighs & 2 legs) and was only able to eat the 2 legs. It’s also like they purposely give you the wrong order. Kids should not be working fast food"
"This location Popeye's, whether dining in or going through the drive through, consistently has long waits on food and are usually understaffed. Management clearly doesn't care about sanitary food procedures as evident by food handling and lack of hair nets on the employees. Food is hot and trademark good if willing to wait the +15 mins for fast food. An example of this locations negligence is that I ordered wings using the app and when I went to this location to pick them up I find that they are out of wings at 1130AM; how is that even possible?"
"Please help me understand the point in placing an order online for pick up at 7:45, then receiving a message at 8:00 saying the order is ready, go in to retrieve the order and have to wait an additional 10 minutes when the order has been paid for. What is the point in a piacing a pick up order. Then the manager says the order is not prepared til you get there because I have other people in front of me. The order was placed at 7 and received at 8:12. Make it make sense please"
"Chicken was soggy and lukewarm. Half was not fried. Some looked liked it was ripped with the tongs or ripped somehow. Idk but but it was not fresh. The fries were stiff and not hot. Definitely could tell they were old. The beans and rice were running. $30.23 for a family 8 piece with 2 sides. Not worth it. Buy the chicken an cook at home. Would not recommend. Also the cashier asked me if I wanted my change. Why wouldn’t I want my change??? This is not a diner where you get tips..this is a drive threw. Serve your food hot a fresh a then think about asking someone if you can keep their change, even then it’s still a no. Give me my change lol wth never again."
