"Worst Little Caesar's I've had in my life. Ordered earlier in the day around lunch and nothing was fresh. Breadsticks were cold and chewy. Deep dish pizza they just put two little circle pizzas in instead of the big rectangle like usual. Barely any toppings, sauce, or cheese on it. Wings were cold too. I would never order from here again."

"I don't know who the manager of this store or the owner is but the fact that they continue to turn off the online ordering app and take their phone off the hook is absurd. As soon as you open at 11, the app icon vanishes and you can't even call to place an order. I typically place a large order every other month and because you continue to do this, I'm forced to use the next available store that has the app. That store is terrible, they always take about 35 mins longer than the app time-frame, they are pissy because of the size of the order. Maybe I need to find a different company to give my money to because both stores are terrible. The standard starts with owners and managers, do better."

"I used the LC app and it was super easy to place my order. I put in a later time to pick up and showed up a few minutes early. Surprise, my pizza wasn't ready yet. They timed it perfectly to come out of the oven at the exact time I chose. That to me is ideal. The store was clean and although they were busy with customers, the staff was polite and friendly."

"My husband went to pick up a hot n ready...no pizzas were ready, they couldn't make a most bestest, couldn't get a cheese because all the pans were for pepperoni pizzas...yet online orders had all meat and most bestest coming up..the crazy bread had no butter on it just a little bit of parmesean cheese sprinkled on, sauce cups not even half full and Italian cheese Bread barely any seasoning. Their excuse was they were short staffed but 5 people were working. Worst service I've had there and we won't be returning and I will be reaching out to corporate"
