"Went to the 4436 Washington Road Evans location on 1/4/23. Khatlyn is a keeper. She has a great personality and genuinely looked happy to be at work. She deserves a raise. This is pretty rare especially in the food industry. Food was hot and delicious."
"Good was hot and delicious, in this day and age that's becoming a rarity. I got a double bacon cheeseburger and fries and wife got a frito Taco (thing) and a cheeseburger, both were great and the guy that came to the window even thanked us for the tip. Highly recommend."
"Went to get some ice cream. Got to the window and sat there for 10 minutes because the kids where playing around and were apparently too busy to even acknowledge me. Then one girl FINALLY comes to the window and hands me my ice cream and goes "sorry about that". I give her my card and she looks at me like I'm crazy, apparently she didn't even realize that I haven't paid yet. I literally could've drove off without paying and she wouldn't have noticed a difference. Anyway, she comes back with my card and I go to ask her for a spoon and a straw, but she shuts the door as I'm talking and walks off, immediately gets on her phone. So I'm still sitting there for another couple of minutes, just staring at them as they continue to play around. Finally, what I assume is a shift manager, comes to the window and goes "are you missing something?" So I was like "yeah, I was asking for a spoon and a straw and the girl just walks away as I'm talking to her". So the manager gives me what I asked for and goes "sorry" and walks away. I've never had a bad experience at this particular location until last night. It's like everyone there was a teenager and didn't really care about doing actual work. It's like they were annoyed that I was there."
"Normally, it's not bad, but yesterday I ordered only an ocean water, and I waited 30 minutes before going to the door to ask for it. Then they tried to give me the wrong size. If it had been busy I could understand, but there was only one other car with people in it."
