This was a "Build Your own" Choice of Two- The "Thirteen Spice chili sauce was spicy and elevated the dish even further" We usually visit the Augusta location; therefore, we had to try Evans, and it's equally delicious."

"When I took the first bite of the spicy beef ramen, I was so moved-it was incredibly delicious! The beef was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and the broth was very rich. I especially loved that they added a bit of pickled bamboo shoots inside; that's the soul of this bowl of ramen! The chili oil was exceptionally fragrant, and the milk tea was also delicious! Highly recommended!"
"Eclectic, modern, welcoming and tasty! Such a pleasure making a stop to eat here. The placing-an-order experience is easy, and even got a friendly help from the staff. The food I ordered was tasty! I had the Kimchi Fried Rice with Chicken and Steak, but also ordered apps to share with my party: Cheesy Beef Fries and Ahi Tuna Nachos. Both had a kick in spiciness that added good flavor to each bite. Both proteins in my meal had the right tenderness making them juicy and flavorful. I’d definitely recommend this place!"
