"We went through drive through on our way home. Ordered 2 beef and cheddar meals with a large order of crinkle fries and 2 of their newest creation (the brisket) also with a large order of crinkle fries (not the curly, seasoned fries as we don't like them) and sweet tea. The person taking our order read it back to us with regular fries as the choice so I didn't think to check before we left the premises. Big mistake---we get home and we have 4 orders of medium curly fries and the tea tasted funny. So we paid basically $11 per sandwich"

"I normally only review regular restaurants not fast food places but my daughter and I stopped by this Arby’s and got the gyro meal. We always get no onions when we get the gyro’s but usually most Arby’s never take them off and there’s usually not a lot of meat on the gyro. This Arby’s made them perfectly for us. There was so much meat and tzatziki sauce and with no onions. It tasted so unbelievably good."

"Hard to hear on the outside speaker at drive-thru. Need to turn up the volume or replace speaker. Then again could have been the lady taking the order talking solfa."

"Always great food. Very clean lobby, Clean restrooms (I can only speak for the Men's room) Friendly staff! Occasionally, good deals like, 2 for $7 and their $5 boneless wing and fries deal. All around, I give it a grade of 96%, which is a solid A."

"I've came to this place my fair share of times over the years. And the food is always good, but the service is lacking. Today I placed my order at the speaker, and I was not asked to repeat anything at that point, so I assumed they heard me correctly. I got to the window and was asked about my fries again, I repeated what I said at the speaker, but the lady doing the fries was in the restaurant was hollering that that's not what I said. The lady at the window asked me again, and I had to repeat 2 more times what I'd already said. I've had the same issue before (from same person who was hollering today) where I ordered fries and received the other kind and mentioned it, and last time they flat out said, that's not what you said on the speaker. If fries are such an issue, I will just go somewhere else. For the price, I should be able to get what I ordered. Love the food, just not the attitude."
