"If I could give 10 stars, I would. The best patient care I have ever experienced at a dental office. Caring and friendly staff/hygienists/assistants. I experienced a dental emergency and Dr. Taylor treated me with urgency and care and provided prompt referral to endodontist."

"I didn't have any insurance, and was on a tight budget. I was looking for someone to help me with an infected wisdom tooth quickly. Dr. Richard Taylor & his team were quick to get me the help I needed. They provided me with immediate help at a low cost. However, they referred me to an oral surgeon Dr.Patel in rincon, who wanted over 1,000 to pull my wisdom tooth with no insurance. As for him and his office, I do not recommend this oral surgeon. Not only is it extremely costly, it wasn't a very friendly atmosphere, nor did I feel like he cared about the pain I was in at all. I paid the oral surgeon Dr.patel 150$ just to tell me he could pull my tooth but it would cost 1,169$ with no insurance. However, Dr. Richard Taylor & his team were wonderful, friendly, compassionate people who were quick to help me & were able to provide me with a little comfort! Hands down 5 stars for this office! He will now be my primary dentist ❤️"

"New patient: Absolutely loved my experience with Dr. Taylor and his entire staff. They got me in on an emergency visit. It was quick and efficient. He knows his stuff and referred me to an endodontist. They got me scheduled and in with endodontist that same day. Entire experience from start to finish was amazing. This was the first time in my life that I felt respected and heard by a dentist. I left in tears of relief with zero anxiety. Thank you to Dr. Taylor and his staff for everything! I will be a returning patient at this practice."

"Took 5 months to make an upper plate. Was embarrassing to go that long without teeth. He attached the plate to two existing implant posts. Alignment was so bad that both posts came out IN 4 MONTHS. AVOID! UPDATE: Finally able to replace the botched plate made by Taylor. Had no idea what kind of garbage it actually was until I was told by a real dentist that Taylor should have had the oral surgeon pull all of the top teeth. He had him leave one. Plate had NO sucton retention. I had to use tons of adhesive to keep it in my mouth after the posts came out. A real dentist was flabbergasted by the stupidity of it, even asked me why I was wearing a temporary plate for so long. I explained that no, this was what passed for dentistry in Georgia. The real dentist pulled the last tooth on the top, and made a beautiful plate that fits amazingly well. Taylorshould stick to filling teeth, not making them."

"The best dentist ever! I thought I had a good dentist before but I moved to Rincon and was referred to Dr. Taylor and, well, I love him! His assistant, Margie is great as well as Lauren and other staff and hygienist. They also work hard to get insurance issues resolved, make you feel comfortable and are thorough and I highly recommend."
