"Looked to be plenty of staff, but no one was doing anything . Took 35 min to get our meal. Then the food wasn’t even hot. Flavor was great. Will not be going back. The kitchen is open and chicken was sitting out on platter, don’t understand the huge delay. Terrible service."
"The only redeeming thing was the chicken sandwich. First time having Popeyes and it was delicious but the service wasn't. The wait in the drive thru was on the longer side, the staff didn't even make eye contact at all with us and they were just rude. Go for the food, not the service."
"I love their fried chicken, the spicy is awesome. I've only ever gone through the drive through so not sure what it looks like inside. The beans and rice hit the spot every time. The staff is always polite. It's a fast food joint that serves fast food, you get what you expect from the type of restaurant."
"It was very expensive for just 8 pieces of chicken with no sides but the worse part is the chicken was VERY overcooked to the point I threw most of it away. I LOVE fried chicken and I will pay good money if the chicken is good and cooked properly, so I probably won't go back. The drive through staff was very nice."
