"Best italian sandwich ever and the subs are huge. A little bit pricy than othen brands but they donate money to first responders so is worth it."
"Nasty!!! This is by far the most disgusting restaurant/store I have been to in a long time. I don’t think they ever clean it. There is so much dust and grease on the lights and fans in the kitchen area, there is no way it doesn’t fall into the food and equipment. The women’s bathroom was out of order with disgusting sewer water flowing out the door. They placed nasty brown stained towels in the floor in attempt to stop it but it was flowing into the dining area. The bathroom that was working has not been cleaned in years, if ever. It smelled awful! Pee stained every surface of the toilet. The health department should have shut down the location long ago. Avoid at all costs. Firehouse should be ashamed to have their name attached to this location."
"We came in at 6pm on a wednesday to redeem our BOGO sub for the holiday name of the day program. Door was unlocked and there were no customers waiting. Very rude worker says they’re not taking orders right now. We walk out and see another couple go in, order, and get their subs. We walk back in to ask if they’re taking orders now and she says in a disrespectful tone no because I’m short staffed… it’s not like there was a line of people waiting and she was overwhelmed. There was no one there, she just didn’t want to be bothered. If you can’t take orders you should close early, not turn away paying customers on a slow night. We were only coming for the BOGO deal and we couldn’t redeem it because she decided she wanted to be paid for sitting behind the counter on her phone, not making sandwiches. As we left, we saw there was another worker in the back, so orders definitely could’ve been fulfilled. Very disappointed and won’t be returning :/"
"I’m going to assume this location is under new management! Everyone was smiling and energetic and eager to help! Vs the last few times I’ve gone, the employees seemed overwhelmed, understaffed and stressed. Glad to see it make a rebound!"
"I'm conflicted at whether to put one or 2 stars for my review because when I got there about 8:00 p.m., they were closed an hour to 1.5 hours early. The app states that this location is open until 9, but Google maps and the sign on the store say 9:30. Either way, they are closed early, and I don't know why as there wasn't a sign on the door giving a reason."
