"March 2023 Prices not very competitive. They are better with cash than on insurance. But, their cash price is actually through a version of GoodRx. You might want to read up on how those GoodRx prices get so low (HINT: They sell your info.). OCT 2022 I live in North Charleston, but I go HERE. Also easy to get answers to pharmacy questions. A+ . JAN 2022 UPDATE: They pick up the phone. STILL friendly and helpful. Thank you! . UPDATE: Had a very fine experience in this store: friendly, well staffed, willing to help. Paid cash for some meds for my canine and the price and generic brand were decent. Recommend! . I think that some of these bad reviews look like fakes to me. CLICK on the profiles and other reviews from these folks. Hmmmm. . Are they kidding? CVS where I live does not even pick up their phone....and then do not fill a Dr's called in Rx in within the DAY. They auto fill way in advance and then call you to death. Walgreens charges the most, datamines you, and is understaffed. Harris Teeter called me to tell me to pick up my prescription at the wrong store. . So far, these folks are great. They picked up the phone, did some research and offered to order a certain brand of generic for me. So far, this independent is WAY BETTER the chains. I have shopped at the Moncks Corner and Elloree locations. They also carry OTC items you do not see for sale any more."

"**UPDATE** I updated my experience from three stars to four. I received a call after posting this review. Apparently there had been an error on my contact information in their system. They said they corrected it. I really appreciate them reaching out and looking into it for me and being dedicated to providing great service to their customers. I'll update this to five stars if I don't have a repeat experience the next time I go to fill a prescription. Thank you! Very friendly, but have a bad habit of consistently not letting me know that they aren't going to fill a prescription that was sent to them or if one is ready. I have to call them too frequently to ask what is going on with a prescription. And I yes, I'm signed up for text, email, and their online portal."

"Honestly I’ve given them so many chances and they’ve failed so many times. No exaggeration nearly every time I’ve filled something here there has been a problem. They’re out of the meds and don’t inform me, they only fill part of prescription and i have to wait for rest, etc. Once right before a trip I picked up prescription and they gave me THREE PILL and said oh sorry pick up rest next week (which I couldn’t), didn’t bother calling me or anything. There is really a bad attitude among the staff. I also recalled really poor masking during Covid. Trashy place, I’ll stick with the new CVS (really says a lot when CVS is the superior option.)"
