"I want to start by saying that I understand that I need to double check the box before I leave. I used to work in a pharmacy, so I get it, but it is the staff’s job as well to make sure they grab the right product. I asked for a specific type of syringe and gave the length I needed for my medicine. I didn’t realize until I walked away that the pharmacist sold me the wrong length needle. I went back and he explained there are no exchanges or refunds and said that’s why he always shows the box to the customer first. He did not take any responsibility for getting the wrong item from what I recall. He had at least realized he grabbed the wrong gauge before ringing me up, but I told him the gauge was fine. I just didn’t realize it was also the wrong length. I get it and that I should’ve calculated the mm to inches before paying, but I am out $40 because I wasn’t given the length I asked for. If there had at least been some sort of apology, it wouldn’t have upset me so much."

"Every month so far when I can pick up my meds is decided on by the pharmacist. The normal is is every 28 days (every 4 weeks) but the pharmacists keep changing when I’m able based on them themselves some follow the 4 weeks standard I’ve Randomly had others say every 29 days now the pharmacy manger has said after 30 days on day 31, so “I am supposed to pick up my meds after the last day and should take meds based on the time I pick up the meds.” Cuz taking meds then driving and basing my metal health and well being on the pharmacy opening hours & not on what best and safest is how it’s should be done @ least so says Micheal B. pharmacy manager who “gonna tell all the other pharmacist they have to do the same cuz if they are doing different they are wrong and he is the pharmacy manager” ...lucky me I can’t drive cuz these meds and my health issues makes it unsafe, so the ‘driving there’ is not something I can do and am dependent on family, so I guess they have too, must base their lives around their Walmart evans opening hours And not on jobs or obligations. every time it’s the same story but different reasons on why I have to wait 2-3 more days, even when it was over 30 days and therefore a late pick up (I don’t drive and have wait) they have done this. I’m sorry but that’s sketchy anyway u look at it. And considering that I know they have done this with a few other ppl I know makes me believe someone is messing with ppls scripts for “personal reasons” especially considering it’s only happening with certain meds not all meds. Once is accident twice a coincidence every month with out fail a pattern at best but happening with more than one person dealing with this same issue time and again ... yea sketchy af"

"Requested my refill online, then called to ensure I can pick it up from curbside due to Covid-19 concerns. After arriving, called and pharmacist informs me it would take 15-20 minutes as “I’ve only one tech”. Rather than getting roasted outside, I parked in regular slot, went inside to find out there’s not a single customer waiting. He wouldn’t say a word or apologize for this non-courteous behavior. I could pick up all my meds from a drive though without leaving my car and wouldn’t have to be toasted in parking lot. Will switch pharmacy. It happened 06/30/20 around 1515 EST."
