"I went into CVS at about 3:30 a.m. after I had my Uber drive me there to pick up a can of formula for my baby on our way home (baby was not with us..parents night out). I went to pay for the formula when I realized I did not have my debit card and only had $4 in cash. I was mortified, albeit very drunk as well, and asked the cashier if she could be so kind to help me purchase the formula. She didn't seem to judge me or act any type of way and she gladly pulled out her own personal wallet to make up the difference I needed to buy my son his formula. Robbie was her name. Robbie was my angel that night, and I will forever be grateful for her kindness."

"The worst service I have ever experienced. It is sad when you are sick and you go to get your prescriptions and the pharmacist loses them and argues with you about their mistake. Everytime I go to either CVS for medicine or a purchase they give horrible customer service and my order is never correct."
