"Helen has been a nightmare to deal with. She does not return calls and does not listen ! She set us up with an insurance company that does not allow pools or trampolines when we have both! So our insurance company was going to drop us. Called her about the issue and she sent us a new quote for another company that again excluded our trampoline and pool!
