"Bright my car in to diagnose oil leak. Set appointment and couldn’t get to the first visit so had to return for them to clean the engine to diagnose properly. The left grease, oil residue and splatter marks on the leaking side of the engine so was not cleaned well enough to properly diagnose. Then tech left shoal ca and grease marks on the seat, door and console trim panels. Won’t be back."

"Just bought a Toyota Prius at the sister dealership across the street. Two days later the check engine light comes on. I was dismayed. My wife took the vehicle to Turnage Auto Care center. They responded immediately and professionally. They were very polite and eager to help. The checked the codes and found that it was the gas cap. They advised us to buy one at the dealership to save money (avoiding any labor charge). No charge for the information!!! It is very refreshing to find such a place that will not take advantage of you or your wife. I will certainly be taking any future business to them.
