"This company continued to service our pool and billed us accordingly but our pool was NOT swimmable during the entire time of our contract (see pictures). We have all the pictures as proof! They were quick to bill us but neglected to resolve the issues they caused. After consulting with two other pool companies, they mentioned the issue was insufficient pool chemicals in the pool and the falsifying of reports indicating how many chemicals were being put into the pool. They also NEGLECTED TO set the pool timer! We had to pay OVER $1000 to another pool company to get the pool in working condition again. The other pool companies also mentioned that if this pool company was doing as they reported, then the pool would be swimmable and not glow in the dark green! They also sent various emails raising the prices shortly after we agreed to a contract with set prices. Bait and switch tactic! After many emails back and forth with PoolSharks, they finally agreed to refund us once we cancelled our credit card disputes. In good faith, we did so and then the pool company RENEGED on our agreement! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! I will make sure this company gets shut down for their dishonest practices and HORRIBLE customer service!"

"Pool Sharks has been very good to us. We called them a couple of times when something wasn't working and they were there within a few hours. They kept our pool from deteriorating while we had a pump failure and had to wait a couple of weeks for repairs to be completed by another company. Our pool is always sparkling clean. We're glad we switched from a large pool service company which was overpriced to this small business."

"I found Pool Sharks for my sister because she has an above ground pool and services for above ground pools is very limited in this area. I was happy to finally find someone with great reviews and claimed to clean and “repair” above ground pools. It’s been 3 weeks of total disaster! It started with the pool needing cleaning and after it did not get clean we were advised we needed to do a sand change. As soon as the sand change was done the pump ended up with a crack that wasn’t there before and it was leaking profusely. The pump was perfectly fine before any labor took place. So then my sister had to purchase a new pump which the one she was advised to get was not even the correct pump. After the atrocious plumbing that was done on the system my sister had to call another professional pool technician as an emergency status to try and fix the botched work that was done. Needless to say, I can keep writing on how horrible this experience was and now my sister is looking at over $1000 to repair what could have been avoided in the first place if people running a business like this are competent in their field of work."
