"I do want to thank for Clearwater for dropping me. I've found a company with many years in the business that is much better and services many pools on Tybee. They'll add water! They'll handle emergency issues. I guess I'll just live with the imperfect tiles they laid. I was half expecting a response from Clearwater about the generic email they sent which was meant as notice they'd discontinued service. I can provide that so I guess they thought better as it doesn't state anything designating termed services. It was a very childish response to an honest review. As an update to the below, I'm dropping the rating to 1 star and urge EXTREME CAUTION when using them. They stated they don't come out for emergencies. After complaining that multiple guests reported a dirty pool, and writing the review below, they sent me an email stating I could use other companies. They then stopped servicing. NO CALL, just a generic looking email. The pool is now in horrible shape as I found today they dropped me over a month ago. The below review was simply honest. I didn't even mention they gave the staff off last year for a week at Christmas and during that time we had a freeze and my pool was not set properly. The heater froze and they offered no help. That's a 5k repair. They've really gone downhill fast in my opinion! No call, no resolution, just drop me, REALLY!!! I had a very nice pool installed. I paid when they asked. Shane actually did some extra work at no cost. However, it has been three years now and two tiles were scored, cut into because the workers sawed tiles on top of the already laid tiles. In addition, one tile was not set down properly and one came loose within a year. They came out and fixed the latter two but did nothing for the other two. I also use them for pool service. They don't want to take responsibility to add water if pool water gets low. Which is potentially an issue. They won't clean if you put a cover on the pool. They took a week off around Christmas when temps dropped into the teens and my pool heater froze and cracked. We rent the house so pool cleaning is every Thursday. I arrived Friday and the pumps were not pushing out any water and most filters were clogged or the pressure was too high, 29psi. I spent a good bit of father's day cleaning. I was told pool cleaning, filters were scheduled for Monday. There were already pool bugs in the water. I don't believe they are providing adequate service any longer. I am questioning looking for alternatives. Pool bugs don't pop up overnight. It is embarrassing. And my two scored tiles remain which I believe is mainly a miscommunication between Shane and his brother. I had sent pics. However, the brother simply did a walk around and didn't talk to me. It seems to be a communication nightmare. I know they did care at one point. Losing faith fast!"

"I have taken samples to clearwater pools and I have had pool servicing completed by them. The pool servicing was perfect and very fair price. When my pool water was tested, they didn't try to sell me chemicals I did not need. They said, "nope, water is perfect, you do not need anything." I like them and will certainly use them again."
