"I’m not sure who Erik is, but I had a horrible experience with him. Never made it all the way into the store. I came in store asking if they have a kiosk. When he didn’t know what that was, I explained it to him and his response “oh I’m not hiring!” So I told him it for another store and he replied “well go there!” I proceeded to let him know that they don’t have one and the manager told me to come to their store (the closest one to them) to use their kiosk. Erik tells me that I need to go online to fill out an application. I said, “sir, you’re listening to respond vs listening to what I’m telling you.” He said, “I hear you and I’m telling you to go to that store or go online.” I let him know that the store I was looking for isn’t online at all. He says, “well I can’t help you and you can’t use ours!” I just walked out… I was really embarrassed due to him talking to me in that matter I’m front of a customer. I’ll never go back to this specific location and I truly believe someone like that shouldn’t be in customer service. I would give this store 0 stars just based off the his poor customer service but I HAVE to give it one to write a review… smh."
"Extremely dangerous parking lot at night! Terrible lighting!!! The managers/owners need to invest some time and energy into making their patrons feel safe by adding light bulbs to their outside light poles."
"The section i wanted to look in was blocked. So i asked the cashier if she could get someone to unblock the section. She told me " you didn't see a man back there?".. She proceeded to say, " His name is #&!%÷" ( I didn't put his name in for privacy purposes). Anyway, so I go in the back and find the dude and call him by his name. And quite naturally he was like, " So they told you my name and to come and get me?" Long story short, he seemed a bit irritated to move the stuff out the way, but I thought it was very unprofessional to send a customer in the back to look for an employee.."
"Had to call corporate office on the store manager and employees argued me out the door like they where the Dollar gang! With the manager leading the crew. Not going into details because hopefully I got the ones in the store that ganged up on a innocent customer are fired! TRAUMATIC and has yet stopped shaking. Hope store has new and better employees because I enjoy Family Dollar deals!"
