"2022-08: Recently went to visit an inmate at Lincoln County Jail. From a visitors perspective, the two officers I spoke with in the front area were pleasant and patient giving me instructions (since I was a first time visitor). The area to actually visit with an inmate was clean, several stools with phones and a partition separated each visitor area. Only a small glass window to see the incarcerated individual, and the phones weren't the best, even with the volume turned all the way up on both sides. Can be distracting since you can clearly hear all other visitor's conversations. Nonetheless, want a horrible experience from my standpoint."

"Called 911 in an emergency and while on the phone with the dispatcher, I asked her how to do CPR and was told she didn't know, my heart sank. My fault for not knowing CPR, but you would think that they could have helped me. Not to mention the ambulance went to the neighbors house."

"Was a victim of hit and run and unable to obtain police report. I was told that the secretary is "away from her desk" and "the deputy that's handling police report is off today".... Is this a 3 person police department? Had to call multiple times and was placed on hold for extended periods of time."
