"Can’t think of a time lasershit has ever delivered a package and then it not get stolen. YOU and YOUR DRIVERS are the problem. Stop letting people in the building and actually knock when something is delivered. I’ve seen it on camera numerous times. It’s almost as if the delivery ppl know or are associated with the people coming in and stealing"

"Horrible....They are the worst, it,s always an issue when Amazon ships my items w them. My package was here yesterday, I let the driver in the building...No driver, No package... said it was undeliverable and they did the same thing tonight."

"My LaserShip experience has been horrific, delivery employees will not deliver packages properly, they leave packages unattended in lobby of building complex, also photoshop photos claiming delivery was completed Notes are posted in lobby Not to leave packages unattended to deliver to apartment. I have contacted OnTrac LaserShip management to request my complaints be escalated to the Executive department for further investigation, no corrective action has been taken by Management as of 9/13/2023. LaserShip management skills are poor & they are not qualified to supervise employees who continue to do what they want,& will continue because no corrective measures are ever taken."

"If I could give one star I would definitely do that. They delivered the package to a wrong address and we have no idea where it went to last Friday. We tried to contact them about the issue immediately but we got no responses at all so far. The package contains a pair of sunglasses with prescription lenses. The laser ship just cost us about $600. Really sucks. Avoid using them if you can. Unfortunately we did not choose them but the company that made and shipped them did."
