I have seen them work with many other customers both those who are new and experienced riders. "Nice guys but not very good mechanics. Paid for 300 dollars in parts and labor to receive a defunct bicycle. Not a place for high end road bikes. If you need things a good place to buy, a large selection, but take your service needs somewhere else."
