"This weekend I wanted to just look at all the new 2024 vehicles, me and my wife started at the Genesis dealership. Test drove the G70 and the GV90 and was really interested in buying a vehicle. My wife said let stop by Lexus before going to any other dealership, but me know all the other models of Lexus vehicles I didn’t want too because most of there car don’t have a lot of features that I like. But let me explain how the rest of this day went. Upon parking at the dealership, me and the wife was greeted by a salesman and we told him we were just looking around and he gave us space. The first vehicle we both were interested in was the RX 350 hybrid, we asked about all the features of the car to the same salesman who approached us earlier, who had then introduced himself as Todd. He answered all our questions and concerns upon showing us all the features of the RX-350, before he went to get the keys to test drive. We asked about, what colors did Lexus have in that model because we were interested in a red vehicle. Todd pointed to a red, RX-450 fully loaded version with both gas and electricity and let me test drive it. Half way into the test drive Todd had showed me how the car parked itself. I was so amazed at all the features that this car could do at that moment I was definitely sold. I said let’s stop and head back and get the paperwork done. I knew this model had all the features and more that I was definitely looking for in a car. I can say with certainty that Todd, sold the hell out of that model because he knew I had just left the Genesis dealership and was talking bad about Lexus, but he made a believer out of me again with the 2024 RX-450H+. Thank you Lexus for having a great salesman like Todd we are so grateful for all he has done. With his professionalism and kind spirit he did not make us feel pressured or uncomfortable in anyway. He did such an awesome job! Today, my wife and I are now proud owners of our new 2024 RX- 450H. We give so much gratitude to Todd and we also want to give thanks to all the Lexus dealers that were a part of our process.. Thank you!!"
