"I gave 2 stars because customer service was good. No hot water. No shower’s working and if they did, it’s only 2. 2 stalls in bathroom. No toilet liners. These things are important for a traveling trucker. Don’t get me started with reserved parking when you have only 20 spaces."
"I give a star because you can’t get less, very bad experience, the worst in the world, the worst Pilot I’ve been to, today Sunday, October 8, 2023, he said 100% that I’m never going to return to this place again... I’ve been bathing with my partner for 2 years in all the Truck Stops and no one had ever said anything or charged us twice, this is the only place that did it!!! In addition to the terrible customer service... We have been driving all day and the only thing we wanted was to bathe to sleep better and they didn’t let us... It’s not because of the money, what bothers me is the bad attention"
