"Wow, this company is a menace. For reasons unknown, orders placed on Amazon's european site by US-based customers are forwarded by this company, instead of a professional delivery service like DHL, or Fedex. What this company does, apparently, is take a professionally-packed amazon package arriving from Europe and has a worker kick it a few times, then stomp on it, and finally dunk it in a bathtub. You've gotta give them credit for all that work, but I have to question Amazon's judgment in dealing with a company like this. I ordered some supplies and some electrical items, and literally the only thing that made it over are some indestructible metal parts. Everything else was damaged beyond recognition. Using a company like this for logistics reflects poorly on Amazon. So, big A, if you're listening, please stop doing business with this company!"

"I've received several calls from Fed-Ex for over 20 different packages that cannot be fulfilled because this company clearly doesn't know how to ship packages. Also, they do not know how to put the correct contact number on their sender information. I have no affiliation with this company nor have i ever shipped with them but continuously get contacted for their mistakes for some odd reason. Every time I call them directly to address this issue every employee is clueless and not helpful."
